Covid-19 Global Update

The Motif team remains committed to providing quality products and service during these unprecedented times. We want to share several updates with you:

We take the safety of our production team seriously.

To keep our staff and our printing facilities safe, we follow measures the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention laid out for preventing the spread of the virus. Gloves and disinfectants are provided and all facilities are cleaned regularly. Employees are not allowed to come to work should they feel the least bit sick, are showing any known symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been exposed to anyone with the virus.

Our customer support team members are working and supporting you from home. While they work remotely, phone support will be unavailable. Please feel free to contact us by submitting a message, and our team will work to assist you quickly.

We are currently not experiencing any production delays at our printing facilities globally. However, our shipping partners may be experiencing some delays. Please check the tracking number on your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account for the most up-to-date delivery information.
