Registering and Login(1:23)

  1. Before checking out with your project, you will need to either log in or register with Motif.
  2. If this is your first time checking out with a Motif project, you will need to register first.
  3. Registering with Motif allows users to save projects, mailing addresses, as well as manage and track their photo project orders.
  4. If you have registered with Motif before, simply enter the email address you registered with in the username field. Then enter your password to log in.
  5. If you’ve already registered with our macOS app, you can use the same username and password to log into Motif on your iphone or ipad. You may save your login information on your device, by tapping the “Remember Me” check box when you log in.
  6. Should you forget your password, click on the reset button next to your password field.
  7. It will automatically bring you to our website in the reset password page
  8. Just enter your email, click submit and we’ll send you a temporary password directly to your inbox.
  9. Then please, just follow the steps in order to complete the process!

Checking out(1:41)

  1. Once you’re satisfied with your calendar, it’s time to check out.
  2. If you’re not already logged into Motif you will be prompted to log in, or register if you haven’t already created an account with us. Check out our registration video if you need more details on this process.
  3. Now you’ll see the “Order Options” menu. Here you can choose the quantity of calendars you want to order, apply promo codes, and see an itemized list of your order. When you’re ready, tap “Next.”
  4. Enter the shipping address.
  5. Choose your desired shipping method.
  6. Now enter your billing address and tap “Next.”
  7. And finally enter your credit card details.
  8. Everything looks perfect? Then tap “Place Order.”. A new window, the Order Summary, will open up displaying all the details of your order.
  9. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.
  10. Now sit back, relax and let Motif deliver your photo project to your doorstep.

Quality Check and Review(1:13)

  1. When you checkout, Motif will run an automatic quality check of your project. Our app may notify you of either warnings or errors it has detected for quality review in your project.
  2. A warning will display with a yellow icon. We recommend you review and consider modifying these project elements to ensure the highest quality print possible. However, if you choose to, you can still check out with these warnings present.
  3. If an error displays with a red icon, these issues must be addressed before you can check out. 
  4. Tap on any errors to be directed to them so they may be corrected. Once a warning or error is successfully addressed, the assigned icon will disappear.
  5. Once all the red errors have been corrected, you can tap on “Checkout” again to proceed and complete your order. Again, yellow warnings are only recommendations for review, you can still choose to checkout if any are present.
